We understand that the EVC Throttle Controller (iDRIVE) may not be suitable for everyone, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
To qualify for this guarantee, you must have used the EVC Throttle Controller (iDRIVE) for a minimum of 21 days but no more than 30 days, as it can take some time to adjust to the change in power delivery. The return courier must be dated within 30 days of the customer receiving the product.
If after this period you are not satisfied with the improvement in throttle response, you may return the item for a refund, less the original shipping cost and a restocking fee.

The EVC Throttle Controller (iDRIVE) must be returned complete and in its original, unmarked packaging. It is acceptable for the self-adhesive foam backing to be removed or used; this will not void the return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will only notify you if we have grounds to reject the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the bank account supplied within 3-5 business days.
